Workout application designed for users looking to monitor their heart rate zones during training sessions.

The app operates in two modes: tracking mode and read-only mode.

It provides detailed graphs and visualizations to help users understand their performance during workouts. Optional smart alerts are available to notify users as they enter or exit specific heart rate zones. The app is also suitable for evening outdoor training sessions, offering information on the time remaining until sunset, along with many other useful features.

Designed to be fully functional on watchOS, this standalone app allows for complete customization directly from your Apple Watch.
